By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Platform Nature & Intermediary Status
https://weavermatch.com operates solely as an online matrimonial intermediary platform facilitating communication between members. The Platform does not arrange marriages, act as a marriage bureau, guarantee matches or compatibility, verify all member information, or participate in personal communication between members. It functions as an intermediary under applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. Community Scope
The Platform is intended for members of the broader weaver community and traditionally aligned sub-groups. Community identification is based solely on member declarations. The Platform does not certify caste status, government classification, or community authenticity.
3. Compliance With Applicable Law
The Platform operates in accordance with the laws of India and shall comply with valid court orders, lawful government directions, and regulatory requirements.
4. Eligibility
Members must be of legally marriageable age under Indian law, legally competent to enter into a contract, and must use the Platform solely for lawful matrimonial purposes. False declarations may result in suspension or termination.
5. Self-Declared Information
All profile details are self-declared by members. The Platform does not independently verify such information, is not a government authority, and has no statutory power of authentication. Independent verification is the sole responsibility of members. Website is a platform for finding partners and does not authenticate user information, urging users to verify profiles independently.
6. Identity Verification & Data Authority
The Platform does not conduct government-backed identity verification or document authentication. Members must conduct independent due diligence before proceeding with matrimonial decisions.
7. Member Responsibility & Due Diligence
Members are solely responsible for verifying biodata accuracy, conducting background checks, confirming marital status, ensuring authenticity of documents, and exercising personal safety precautions. Verification should include video calls and examination of valid government-issued identification documents. The Platform shall not be held responsible for misrepresentation, fraud, or concealment of facts. Members are strongly advised not to share money or sensitive financial information without proper verification. All matrimonial decisions are undertaken at the member’s sole risk.
8. Content Moderation & Removal
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or remove profiles, delete objectionable content, and block accounts violating these Terms without prior notice.
9. Indemnity
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal proceedings arising from misrepresentation, fraud, harassment, financial dealings, or personal disputes between members.
10. Payment Terms
All subscription fees are payable in full in advance, due immediately upon activation, and considered earned upon activation. Access to paid features constitutes delivery of service.
11. Strict No-Refund Policy
All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, delay in responses, failure to find a match, or service interruptions. Technical or operational issues do not constitute grounds for refund.
12. Chargeback & Payment Misuse
Members agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals. Wrongful chargebacks may result in suspension, legal recovery of dues, and reporting to payment authorities.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform’s total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid. The Platform shall not be liable for emotional distress, fraud between members, financial transactions, indirect damages, or loss of reputation. Members use the Platform at their own risk.
14. Service Availability & Technical Issues
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Temporary interruptions, downtime, system errors, or maintenance may occur. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
15. Operational Suspension or Shutdown
The Administrator reserves the right to suspend, modify, discontinue, or permanently shut down the Platform at its sole discretion. Members shall not hold the Platform liable for loss of access or discontinuation.
16. Amicable Settlement
All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice.
17. Arbitration
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

18. Civil Court Jurisdiction
Civil disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Khamgaon, District Buldhana, Maharashtra.
19. Consumer Disputes
Statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected. Consumer disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
20. Criminal Proceedings
Criminal complaints shall be governed by applicable criminal laws of India. The Platform operates solely as an intermediary and shall not be liable for personal misconduct between members.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
22. Modification of Terms
The Platform reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such modification shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
